"They did a good job of installing the openers and explaining their features and how to set up all the proper codes. There was a small problem with the installation where one of the brackets was pinching an electrical wire and causing it to short out. But after we had an electrician out to figure out the problem, T&C agreed it was a mistake and paid the electrician's invoice. Everyone we deal with was very friendly."

"I had a heavy glass shower door that was mounted into slate shower tile. The top bracket started stripping out from the wall, and I contacted Nick to re-secure the door. (This was after I had already spoken with several contractors whom were either not comfortable or interested in doing the job or just pushed me aside.) Nick promptly called Sunday evening to discuss the project and came out Tuesday to look at the door. We discussed a plan and he came back out the following day to do the job. He was very professional and his work was outstanding.
