None of that was necessary because the crew covered every inch of the room with plastic sheeting. We were forewarned that it might be difficult to blend the patch with the rest of the ceiling, but ultimately it looks fantastic. We also had the crew examine the attic space above to see if there was a possibility of another, future leak, and they were kind enough to do so. My hope now is that the crew from the condo association did an equally good job repairing the roof on the outside as the House Doctors did repairing the ceiling on the inside!"

"Company was given measurements for my dining room table. Two of the pads were measured incorrectly and the wrong pads were sent to me. I called the company to explain the wrong measurements and gave new measurements for the end piece and one other piece. The end piece then sent to me was wrong again."

"Windows were good and in stalled was fine ,then business was sold and new owner was not responsive to a problem that arose with one window. A part broke and the new owner came out and said he would order the part. He set up an appointment for two weeks ahead at 12:00. He never showed. I called the guy 3 different times and he did not return calls. I called the past owner who got the pats for me but, I had to hire a third party to do the repair . The third party is on vacation and will do the work when he returns. The windows cost $2700.00. I expected better service then this. This is an update to my august review. After the previous review I received call from the owners assistant , she wanted to help correct the previous problem I had concerning a repair. The owner wanted to come out and correct the problem He came out ,got the parts that he needed and repaired the window . Any problem we had in the past has been corrected."
