"Antony came to discuss what needed to be done for the leaking roof issues. He was meticulous in trying to locate the problem, with one being very tricky to locate. He even came to look into the crawl space to check on the problem. Upon his detailed examination, he was able to identify the potential reason for the leak and scheduled his team to come to do the repairs. The repair work was superbly done efficiently with quality material. We have had a few rainy days after the repairs were done. There was no more leaking area. We are 100% satisfied with the work. The bonus is to have met Mr. Antony Munchak who is very friendly and knowledgeable. Iâ ll not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs work done for any roof-related work."

"Ranch Roofing replaced our roof, repointed and reflashed the chimney, and replaced two skylights about 10 years ago. Bob and his team did a fabulous job! However, I recently noticed the flashing along the chimney was pulling away from its base, and so I called Ranch Roofing to take a look at it. Roy was super responsive insofar as not only did I get a callback within 24 hours, but the problem was taken care of within a week! This team of guys is amazing, for they do excellent work and then they stand behind it. And they are really pleasant to deal with, too. "Our new metal roof from East Coast Metal Roofing came out awesome! It was a very smooth process starting with a no pressure meeting with Product Specialist Dave Harrison who explained the product and process to us. He was very helpful in dealing with a few issues with our existing roof (gutters not installed correctly and old construction of area where roof lines met and leaked). He made sure the gutters were fixed properly and had the rooflines redesigned to eliminate any leaking issues. During the job the Quality Control Manager, Shaun LaForce, was on site each day and was great to deal with. The office managers, Jenna & Alexandria, were fantastic with keeping us up to date on the start dates and delivery info. The installation crew did a great job led by Alex and finished the job in 2 days despite a snowstorm in between the days, even shoveled my driveway the day after the storm! I highly recommend East Coast Metal Roofing if you're looking to upgrade your house with a metal roof. You won't be sorry!"

"I was extremely happy with their work. The background is that I hired another roofer for a whole roof replacement earlier in the year. He is a big name on Angie's List and very well reviewed. He did a good job but told me he didn't know how to fix a section of rubber roof that abutted a wooden gutter that had been covered with metal flashing in the past. He recommended a copper roofer, who never returned my calls. Newton Roofing Residential came to my rescue. When I met the manager, Rich, it was clear to me that he was extremely knowledgeable and experienced. He recommended a solution that solved my problem at a very reasonable price. The quote was rapid and thorough. The work was done in a timely fashion and is clearly high quality. My only regret is that I didn't hire them in the first place to do my whole roof replacement, don't make the same mistake I did."

"Everything was great except cleanup. There was a misunderstanding about which shingles we wanted, but Willard made good on it. They even removed a small area where they had installed the wrong shingles and replaced them with the right shingles, all at no extra charge. The new roof looks great. The only problem was cleanup. We found a large number of nails in our yard and on our driveway, and a lot of pieces of plastic lying around."

"Dylan does great work and is professional. Shows up when he says he will. Roof repair well done repared and did work to prevent more water damage. He asked if I wanted him to check my chimney and oh my it was gross dirty with moss and areas where cement feel.out. He fixed it and it looks incredible 😲 Asked him to help with moss and mildew on shed and he has done one treatment and will be back to repeat. He didn't pressure me but asked if I might want to finish reminder of flat roof with the rolled roofing then I would not have to think about it for years.
