"This work took place eleven months ago, but that gives us the ability to say that everything Kurt’s team planted looks great and is growing nicely, except one bush that is struggling, which Kurt agreed to replace without hesitation. We have been in our house for 22 years, and finally got around to replacing the crummy landscaping and walkway the developer put in. Distinct Landscapes installed a paver walkway, and a complete set of bushes, flowers and a crape myrtle tree. The work was done very well and within budget, and the crew distinguished itself by how well they cleaned up the site. The spacing between plantings to allow for future growth seems perfect. "It turned out that the sod was defective, having a thin sand base instead of soil. It failed to take root and grow. The sod distributor who sold the defective sod refused to reimburse Looking Sharpe for the cost. Nevertheless Looking Sharpe removed the old sod on my lawn, put down top soil and fertilizer and laid down new sod at no cost to me. Looking Sharpe absorbed the cost of the replacement even though the original failure was not their fault. This speaks very highly of Mr. Sharpe and the integrity of his business."

Mike stayed out in the rain to measure and calculate the amount of mulch and rocks needed to meet our needs. He provided a written estimate prior to leaving. "We really love and appreciate Arneel’s Tree & Yard. Chris Arneel and Staff are extremely professional and reliable. We had six large shrubs and bushes, that were 20 years old, taken out. We had two tall Leland Cypresses, that were 18 years old, cut down to the stumps. We had them put in fourteen 8’ fence posts along our backyard border. They raked and mulched our flower beds in the front and side of our house. They did a great job removing everything and cleaning up. We have plans to have them back to do some landscaping and concrete service and more."
