Tony from Triangle Home responded to my request on Home Advisor, he was very helpful in explaining what could be done but that he needed to do an inspection of the home, an appointment was given for the same day. "We have had services calls for plumbers, washing machines, dryers, garage door, A/C, faucets. Each time the outcome was excellent. While the time to wait for a service was often annoying, I could never beat the savings. Knowing how address the problems encountered makes a huge difference. Sometimes the technician would want to put in a cheaper product, such as on a faucet or a garbage disposal, but making the call the AMS myself to advocate for equal replacement always led to a happy outcome. And of course these contractors are making less money than on a regular call, because of their lower reimbursement rates form AHS, but with AMS I know they are my advocate and will insist that the contractor do a good job or AHS will not pay them. Not a perfect system and not always immediate service, but having this warranty helps me keep home repair costs down. I never have good success calling my own contractor so at least I know AHS has some control over who they send out. By knowing how to maneuver through this process I have always gotten my needs met. Thus far they have provided me a new washing machine, new kitchen faucet, and new garbage disposal, plus countless other small repairs.
