"We contacted Groundworks, LLC, Colorado Springs, to stabilize and raise our garage foundation wall, as we were unable to raise and lower our garage door effectively. Groundworks crew installed five helical peers and attempted to raise our foundation wall; unfortunately, the crew was unsuccessful. We contacted Erick B., the supervisor, and asked him to come to our home location and discussed our concerns and requested another attempt to raise the foundation wall. Erick agreed and scheduled the appointment. We requested the same crew, as they were very courteous and respectful; they arrived with more appropriate equipment and were able to raise our foundation wall to our satisfaction. "Overall went well. The project did take longer than I had anticipated but Gregg did come in under budget. He made a couple recommendations for the stairs which I followed and it gave the deck a nice touch. Gregg communicated via phone, text, and in person, regarding the project and answered questions that I had. He provided me catalogs to generate ideas for the project. He did run into some unforeseen issues that hindered progress of the project namely his work truck went into the shop which delayed the project for several days. He did communicate about this delay. The drywall work inside my house included repairing a hole basement ceiling from a leak from the upstairs bathroom as well as finishing work on an upstairs bathroom where I removed a partial wall. He did excellent work with this and can't distinguish where the repairs were done. The overall B rating was simply due to the length of time it took for the work to be completed."
