I told him what I wanted repaired on my wood decks He quoted me a price 1st on what I wanted done, and then quoted me another price on the work that SHOULD be done. His advice only confirmed what I had already had debated on repairing. He also pointed out some areas of repair I hadn't noticed or was even cognoscente about, such as rotting wood that was out of my sight but not his. Then requested half early, then full payment before done. When I said work incomplete, he asked "Don't you trust me?" then broke promises. Broken promises: Walkway cured wrong, no follow-up. $1,800 grading included 3-month landscaping - no communication. Promised debris cleanup, later said not responsible. Damaged 4-month fence, couldn't repair properly, paid $300 after pressure. Dismisses costs at estimate, adds them later. Makes promises, then excuses."

"This job was to apply a coating on a metal patio cover to stop leaks. Anthony Lee with Legacy Roofing was the only one who suggested a coating rather than replacing the roof. He was fast and it looks so much better than all the holes and rusty spots. He got a tiny bit of the product on the boards just under the roof. He offered to pick up that paint but I had some from touch up we had just done on the wall. He quickly painted those boards and sent me a video. Looks perfect! I would highly recommend this company for any roofing needs. Nice guy and reasonable."

"They were a Godsend. The town I lived in demanded I fixed my asphalt driveway. Every contractor I contacted told me I needed to replace the driveway. Some contractors even tried telling me I could no longer use asphalt and had to use concrete, which was more expensive. Sergio looked at my driveway and said he could repair, resurface, and seal it. I didn't need to replace the whole driveway. This saved me over $6000. AT first is sounded too good to be true. I asked him how long a resurfacing would last. "I called to get an estimate and they scheduled it promptly. Because of schedules, they were able to come out on a Saturday. We were given an estimate that my neighbor and I found to be fair and reasonable. The day the work was scheduled to be done, the truck arrived on time. The employees introduced themselves and explained what they were going to do and ho long it would take. They were pretty much right on the money and when the job was complete, there was no mess. The man that was the foreman of the project told me that if any of the cracks would sink or if we found any problems to call and they would come back. We did have some wide cracks that opened and with one phone call they came back and refilled them. The employees were very professional and I would highly recommend them to do any paving and resealing job."
