The repairs were completed on time and within the agreed upon scope. The issue I have is the minor damage to a second floor coax cable line as it was torn from its anchors on the exterior brick. The workers did not seem to notice this, and it was left dangling off the front of the house, torn from the port. There was also a fair amount of mortar mix splatter on my fence, and a neighboring fence that I ended up cleaning myself. So the attention to detail and cleanup was not to my liking. They did clear my flat roof of leaf debris as I requested, which was really helpful."
