"Jose and his crew were amazing! Couldn’t be happier with the results. He was easy to contact and very responsive and informative. They were very professional and very detail oriented! I highly recommend MQ Painting to anyone looking to get their home painted!"

"Jorge was great! Painting was done quickly, cleanly and was all within our budget. We’re very pleased with the results and would hire again."

"Alsip Roofing provides excellent work and customer service. I had a new roof installed in Nov 2022, and I contacted them again in March 2023 for new gutters with leaf guards. Both times the work was completed within the time frame that I was given. The crew cleaned up all debris as if they had not been there. The crew was professional and courteous. I will definitely recommend Alsip Roofing."

"I needed both exterior and interior painting at a rental home I own. The company did a great job, very professional and handled the clean up."

"KBD remodeling did great work, timely, communicative and easy to work with. We were out of town for the entire project and Juan did a great job bringing everything together for us! We had our bathrooms, kitchen, Fireplace refacing, and painting all taken care of by Juan and his team."

"TL Ryan is customer oriented.  Mixed reviews on the subcontractors hired to do the painting.  I hired this company for two separate jobs that totaled 9K.  Big investment - mixed results.  Main rooms (living, dining, first floor bedroom) turned out nicer than closets and upstairs bedrooms which showed sloppier work.  On the last day, during the walk through, one closet was overlooked and the painter rushed through it, resulting in a closet that was not primed properly so the original blue can be seen through the white.  Several closet shelves were also missed and again the rush job shows - poor brushwork, no priming.  They also did one coat of semi-gloss on the door trims (a second coat would have cost more money), and the quality of that job varies greatly.  First floor - neatly done; second floor, sloppy brushwork (I have to re-do myself and with carpal tunnel, that will not be fun).  They also left the house a mess - nails everywhere, wall plates on the floor, curtains in a pile on the sofa.  TL did most of the cleanup himself and replaced some missing wall plates at no cost.
For the second job (same house), I hired them to paint interior doors  - they charge for each side of the door (so one door is actually two doors for pricing purposes) - and paint drywall, and to repaint and re-tread steps.  Work was fine (a different subcontracting crew was used this time).  There were two incomplete areas:  I asked that the hinge footprint on the trim of a door that had been removed to be painted - this was not done.  In addition, they replaced treads on basement steps but did not tack them as they were directed (supposed to be eight tacks total - four across the top; four across the bottom - they only put four in the overall tread).  Interestingly, once I paid the final price, the normally responsive TL did not respond to my request to have these two final items fixed.  So again, I had to fix what was missed.
Both projects in the same home were to prepare for sale - so I hope to recoup these costs.   I would not use this company for the home where I live.  I think they are a little pricey because of the use of subcontractors and on balance a little too sloppy in areas that I would not want to look at every day (or have to re-do myself).

"5 Stars to Fortune Restoration. They just finished painting my house and it has never looked better. My wife suggested this may be the time to sell it because it looks so beautiful. Everyone we worked with were more professional than I could ever have imagined. Bob visited here to prepare the estimate. He asked all the right questions, and pointed out a number of items I had not even considered. I quickly received the proposal which was very detailed as to the exterior work and materials. The cost was very fair and we agreed upon a start date. The crew showed up on time. The project supervisor first informed me of all the procedures and materials they would be using in accordance with EPA guidelines and the team wore hazmat suits throughout the entire project. This was very professional. The crew quickly got to work preparing all the surfaces for painting. They did a very thorough job. Next, they applied different colors and types of paints to the various surfaces. Fortune had taken paint color samples and matched the new pain exactly to the color of the metal storm windows and doors. It was perfect. Throughout the entire two-day project, they kept their workspace tidy and professional. Upon completion, the project supervisor and I walked around the entire house and viewed the entire project. It was excellent. The entire Fortune team was extremely professional, friendly, and courteous. Several neighbors have stopped by to admire the paint job and inquire about Fortune Restoration. I have strongly recommended them to everyone. Thank you, Fortune!!"

"They came though and completed the job. They improved after the first impression. They did complete the inspection today. I'm still waiting for a quote for the roof repair. Bob promised to give me a quote to repair the roof to submit to the insurance."

"Amazing paint job! Work was done with great attention to detail. Will definitely be hiring Green Brush again for future painting and drywall needs! Highly recommend!"

"I thought Yoel and Vincent were very timely, efficient and the end product was exactly what we wanted. They painted our living room/hall/kitchen and kitchen cabinets (which is a difficult process and ours turned our great). We plan to use them in the future for other household/contracting needs."
