"Our HOA re-roofed all ten buildings this Spring. Some of the eaves needed new plywood and required they be primed and painted. Each building had new eaves that needed to be addressed. The buildings are two stories and required masking and taping. New plywood was primed first and then the painters had to come back and paint. Our house was built in 1926 and it had four previous roofs that needed removed. Those layers were a shingle roof, two asphalt tile roofs and a cedar shake roof all on a layers of strip wood. He had his team remove that four layered roof. Then he applied plywood sheathing. Then they expertly laid down asphalt shingles. The crew was clean, safe efficient and worked quietly and quickly.
