"William Stanley contracting was chosen to complete my roofing project at a rental property I have in Lancaster City. The work was completed within days of our agreement and now I can rest easy knowing that I have new roofs protecting my rental property for many years to come. This company is very efficient and personable. I'm looking forward to working with them in the near future."

"The staff did an excellent job priming and oaint our first floor. The drywall work was terrific and created a great base for the painting. I love the blue they painted our kitchen. We will use their services again."

"My asphalt roof was leaking, William Braun came out the same day to inspect my roof. He provided me with some options and reasonable estimates. He was very easy to work with and very professional. He repaired my roof the next day and did a terrific job. I would highly recommend him."

"I am very pleased. From getting a very reasonable estimate until the painting began ( despite the rainy spring) took about a month and a half. The crew was professional, courteous, and hard working. My 100+ year old Victorian home's wooden eaves needed replacing and were too high for ladders, and the spindles on the front porch were time consuming. so it was not an easy job. It all looks wonderful!. Thank you JC and team."

"Robert came out to look at my roof after I asked for bids. Of the people that came to look and work up a bid for me I chose Robert because he was the most profesional of everyone I saw. When he came to look at it he came in a company truck with ladder racks and even had a worker with him. Of the people that came he was only one that got on the roof and looked over everything, took pictures so that when he was explaining to me what needed done he could show me the pics so I knew he was being honest, he fixed the corner of my roof that was damaged then replacing the other shingles that had blown off. After that he sprayed the whole roof with nanotechnology that would ensure that the roof could last another ten years without needing to replace it. I would definitly use them again."

"Responded quickly to my request. Did a good job and was careful with my 120 year old windows. It was a big job but he took time to complete it well."

"coated my leaking metal roof no more leak and the roof looks great thanks John ?"

"First and foremost, Premier were the only roofing company in the area to actually call me back when I had a leak. We decided to go ahead an replace the entire roof then and there. Their crew were absolutely amazing and efficient. They were timely and polite. We had some issues with communication over materials but Premier went out of their way to resolve them. One particular instance had the owner himself over to install a skylight blind. I would definitely recommend them."

"Joe and his wife and staff were professional, prompt and did a wonderful job. He had to match a prior paint and did so perfectly. They cleaned up as if no one had been on the premises. I would recommend them and hire them for my next project."

"Simpson Painting was fantastic! They contacted me quickly upon my submitting the request, and even came out to provide an estimate same-day. Everyone was pleasant and professional to work with. The job was completed in a very efficient manner and looks GREAT! I couldn't be happier with this company and would use them again/recommend them to others without hesitation!"
