"Had a 8-10 week backlog due to pandemic, but finally got the work scheduled. Showed up on time. Reviewed scope of work and got to work straight away. I added several windows on back & side of house to be painted & caulked. Add-on work was rather expensive relative to initial proposal, but the windows are on upper floor. Work was good overall. On close inspection, some prep work could have been done better. One extra request to apply mullion tape to the seams of several double windows was only completed on one window, and the old tape was not completely removed, leaving the mullion seam looking poor. Skipping the other windows may have been the result of miscommunication on my part. Other work was done well. Clean-up was good."

"Very punctual polite efficient Job well done. Better than my expectations. Repainted trim on house and shed. Repaired rotted wood on shed. Painted chimney and cut some bush back to facilitate painting. Neat cleanup. I would recommend"

"New Era Pro Painting was a great service provider. They arrived on time and cleaned up each day. They did a comprehensive prep, paint, clean up, walk thru and gave additional recommendations for future projects. I will use them again and recommend them to others in the family."

"Angel and Marie did a wonderful job painting my rental condo! They expertly prepared the walls for painting, applied two coats as agreed to and painted all of the trim. They were a pleasure to work with and I would recommend them for any painting job."

"Painting bathroom, painted front door and metal storm door. Painted concrete landing. Eric was very professional. He didn’t make a mess but did clean up after himself. We would definitely hire home for future needs."

"coated my leaking metal roof no more leak and the roof looks great thanks John ?"

"Exterior paint job made my home look brand new! I would recommend working with Godshell Painting!"

"A complete and thorough power washing was completed the day prior to the painting. Then the next day a team came and worked all morning and afternoon painting the entire house using high quality Sherwin Williams elastomeric paint. I could not have been happier with how my house now looks and it was all done at a very reasonable price."

"First and foremost, Premier were the only roofing company in the area to actually call me back when I had a leak. We decided to go ahead an replace the entire roof then and there. Their crew were absolutely amazing and efficient. They were timely and polite. We had some issues with communication over materials but Premier went out of their way to resolve them. One particular instance had the owner himself over to install a skylight blind. I would definitely recommend them."

"I have been using LHI for several years now and have always had nothing but great experiences with their painting, carpentry and tile work. I had them fully remodell 2 of our bathrooms a few weeks back and couldnt be happier. Properly spaced lines between tiles and cometely flat after checking with a level. Highly suggest them for all remodelling projects."
