"We needed a roof replacement and were looking for a company we could trust. Berg Roofing did a great job on our roof from start to finish They delivered exactly what was promised at the price quoted, with no high-pressure sales tactics. We also appreciated that they provided a list of local homes with the shingle colors we were considering, which made the decision much easier. Working with Nick made the process simple and stress-free. He was responsive, kept us informed about scheduling, and clearly explained our options and pricing. On installation day, the crew arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and left the property spotless when they were done. Their workmanship was impressive. We?re extremely happy with the results and would confidently recommend Berg Roofing to anyone seeking reliable, high-quality service."

"Initially, I thought it was fine. However, I was very curious why the contractor would not let me talk to the insurance adjuster. He told me to stay in the house and leave everything to him. (RED FLAG) I'm not sure why I let that happen. After the negotiations and the contract was signed, the contractor advised that he failed to charge me for the cost of the chimney. We specifically talked about the chimney cost and how he wasn't putting it in the contract so it wouldn't alert the insurance company (RED FLAG ) He would just charge me another $1200 for the chimney or not do the inside work. At that point, I should have cancelled the contract. The contractor yelled at me that he forgot and he made a mistake. Yelled at me in a very loud voice. He then did that "used car" sales pitch where he has to go talk to his boss and then comes back and sends me an email that they will fix the chimney for free. I spent about twice what my budget was, and I really am mad at myself for failing to get other estimates. That is on me. The roofers put a new roof on - my old roof was less than 5 years old - not sure if a simple repair would have been okay and left a mess in my yard. There was debris from my gutters and little blue things that they use when they replace a roof. I told the contractor that, and he said "the roofers don't make money if they clean up after the gutters and feel it's not their job". Okay, whose job is it? Who did I pay to do a job? Am i supposed to hire someone else to finish up what the roofers left behind. My pet peeve is when I pay someone to do a job, and they don't finish the job and say it's not their job. That makes me so angry. Again, I'm so mad at myself. I know better. I just felt like at the end of the day I was taken advantage of. I don't think I needed a whole new roof, I spent twice the money I had budgeted, and I had a mess to take care of. I use Angie's List so I can avoid being taken advantage of and considered the "old lady" who doesn't know anything."

"We had been dealing with a roof leak at our home and had several different companies come out to give us quotes. Unfortunately, replacing the entire roof was not within our budget. All Available Roofs was the only company willing to work with us and provide a reasonable solution to repair the roof. We are extremely happy with the work! Brandon was very professional, honest, and communicative. He explained exactly what work needed to be done and made sure we understood everything before completing the repairs. Since the repair, we’ve had several rainstorms and, thankfully, not a single leak! We truly appreciate the quality of the work and the excellent customer service. We highly recommend All Available Roofs to anyone looking for a reliable and professional roofing company!"

"Where everyone was trying to get me to replace my roof Chris came out and looked at my roof found a problem and was able to repair it. He is really kind and polite and tries to find the best solution, easy to work with and not a pushy salesman. He stands behind his work. On the day he came out, he came early to beat the rain that was coming that day. This is how contractors should be."

"Came out 30 minutes after my call about damaged shingles. Inspected the whole roof but determined only relatively minor repairs were needed which they completed immediately and charged a nominal fee amount for. Outstanding service and value. Highly recommend."

"While removing the old roof, the aluminum coverings on our mansard roof dormers were damaged. The roofing crew attempted to repair the damage but the result was not satisfactory. As compensation they deducted a small amount from the total bill."

"He inspected entire area around the chimney. Found a few spots that could be the leak source so he repaired all of them. Carefully removed the old shingles, put down a rubber membrane snow and ice barrier and then put down new shingles. So far problem seems to have been resolved. He is very meticulous in his work and does whatever is necessary to do the job right. Would definitely hire again."

"I had needed roof repair for sometime and kept putting it off because of the process to find a good roofing repair company that honestly tells you what you need to have done and of course the price involved to repair or replace a roof. I was referred to Paramount Roofing through a friend who previously had some roof repair work done by them. I did some research through advertising agencies and I was impressed so I gave them a call. I spoke with a representative of the company, who came out to diagnose my situation, we agreed on a complete roof tear off and replacement. The price was so awesome that I included the same for my garage. All of this took place in less than 7 days. I'm now the happy owner of new roofs on my home and garage and the replacement for both took less than half a day. The result is incredible, thank you Paramount Roofing."

"I would hire them again for my next project. I reached out for an estimate on roofing repair and vinyl siding repair. They were at my house the very next day for the estimate and completing the repairs the day after that. On time, professional, full of knowledge and explained every step and process and purpose of the repairs. He saved me a world of time and headaches. My next home repair will be with Apex."
