He was extremely efficient and made the process super easy. While he was here, I had him look at the grout in our shower and he was able to repair and replace a bunch of old grout, and do some other repairs in the bathroom all in the same day. Pricing was fair and work was thorough. And most of all Vince is a super friendly guy who clearly takes a lot of pleasure in giving great service to his clients. A+"

We Do not use sub contractors! The only tile installers that you will deal with are Nino, Tony, or Vito. This is the only way to control the quality of our installation. "My furniture looked better BEFORE it was cleaned. After letting the furniture dry for a few days after the crew cleaned it, we had lines embedded in the fabric. I called Gary Giovannelli to let him know about the problem and he returned to “steam” the lines out of the fabric. It’s now been two days and the furniture looks just as bad as it did the first time. I believe the first crew put some kind of solution on the furniture that shouldn’t have been used. As far as I’m concerned they ruined my furniture and now I’m stuck with it. I will not use Bella ever again."
