"Although delayed by an earlier job, Dylan arrived and got right to work. He was extremely professional and explained every step and what we could expect as the carpet dried. I had originally signed up to have the wood floors cleaned, but Dylan evaluated them and said they did not need it, saving a good deal of time and money. Thank goodness for his professionalism on this! Both carpets were badly stained in many places by pets and humans. They are miraculously clean now and the smell is fading fast.
