"Called Local Home Appliance and left a message describing the issue. Matt called back within 5 minutes, we discussed possible issues with the washer, and I asked him to come take a look at it (understanding that due to the washer's age it may not be worth repairing). Matt happened to be in the area and was here in 20 minutes. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a broken coupler, replaced it, and the washer is working great. This is the second time we have used Local Home Appliance (previously on our dryer) and we could not be more pleased with the professionalism and friendly service on both occasions. "They were pretty good. It was the better of the pricing I had to compare to. They were quick to respond, fixed everything same day, including a part they had to get for our dishwasher; they had the part with them they needed for our dishwasher and the washing machine they were able to fix. So it was one service call fee and then they were able to do up to three appliances in that one service, so we had them check out two appliances whiles they were there. The other nice thing I liked, they had a warranty on it, so if the problem, if it didn't fix it, they would come back out and take care of it. And then also, because they would see up to three things, I think that offer stood for like 30 days or something, so if a third appliance would have broken, we could have had them come back out under that same service fee. So they were good!"
