"Based on a positive experience in 2016 for an estimate on a kitchen renovation (I chose the contractor recommended by the designer at that time), I contacted Norpro for an estimate on a complete renovation (down to the studs) of the master bathroom. Again, I was very impressed. I knew immediately I would choose Norpro but felt obligated to get 2 other quotes. Mihai’s questions posed to the designer/Kelly (also highly recommend Orizzonti and their line Lacava) showed his experience and knowledge. Other contractors didn’t come close to giving me the confidence the project would be in good hands. I’ve had a number of negative experiences in previous remodels. I wanted the best this time and his quote was very fair. He and his team are professional, knowledgeable, timely, thorough and do great work. Mihai is very thoughtful and detailed. He plans and coordinates each step and visits the site on most days. He is responsive to calls, texts and emails. Based on my experience, this is a rarity. I was surprised that even during a well-deserved vacation mid-project, he was regularly in contact with his team and responded to a few of my (certainly non-urgent) texts. I cannot say enough how impressed I am with Norpro. I appreciated and trusted any input given by Mihai and his team. Anything unexpected (as occurs with renovations) was quickly addressed. "The painters were professional, on time, and respectful! They painted the entire interior including the closets, and followed directions to the letter! They also installed 6 can lights (12 total) in 2 rooms. They left ABSOLUTELY NO MESS behind, and they reinstalled shelving that they took down. I would highly recommend them, their work is impeccable. We plan to do a bathroom remodel soon, and will hire this company to do the work."

"Bathroom Repair MPT Enterprises My wife and I recently moved into a +30 year old home and quickly discovered that the two bathroom had multiple plumbing problems; a shower stall and floor that was cracked and leaking; cabinets in desperate need of repair; and numerous electrical problems. We conducted an extensive search over a 60 day time frame; conducted multiple interviews; checked numerous references and ultimately decided to go with Paul and MPT who was clearly the most qualified AND also happened to be the most price competitive. Regarding the work they performed, I hardly know where to begin but I would start by saying that Paul and his team are the consummate professionals. The work was absolutely first rate (plumbing, electrical, tile, caulk, you name it); communication was ongoing as we always knew WHAT they were going to do, WHEN they we going to do it and they ALWAYS asked our opinion about the smallest detail before any work was done. They arrived on time every day and cleaned up with a broom and dust pan at the end of every work day. I consider my wife a perfectionist and only on rare occasion did she need to mention something to Paul that needed to be addressed and inevitably he was already on it and did it with a smile. He was beyond meticulous. The highest marks that I can give Paul is that whenever I need any work done in the future, he will be my first – and only – phone call and I have highly recommended him to friends and family.
