"We hired Lecla Home Improvements LLC for new roof, chimney cap, major water damaged bedroom repair ( ceiling , walls & carpet) and for replacement windows etc. Our home was badly damaged by the May 15th tornado to the roof, bedroom, kitchen and widows. We had other contractors bid for the job. When my wife & I met with Luis Clavijo, we felt he is the guy to do the job. Luis was punctual and was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about his field of work and in explaining to us in detail of the scope of the work involved, above all he is very humble. Since we have to work with the Insurance company, Luis prepared a very detail breakdown of his estimate to submit to the insurance company and met with the adjuster at the house to go over the breakdown to agree on the final price. Not only he and his team were punctual, he also has great communication and sense of urgency by returning phone calls or e-mails promptly. His team captain Henry was at site all the time during the roof installation and bedroom repairs and for other jobs. Our roof has multiple steep areas with unusual roof architecture with multiple peaks, valleys and dorm. His team was very efficient and has done the job in 2 days and we are very pleased with the outcome. When I asked Luis for some other small jobs that need to be done at the house, not related to damage by tornado, he was very accommodative and instructed Henry to take care of it and Henry did a great job. He did such a nice job on the roof and bedroom etc, we decided to change additional windows at our house that were not part of the tornado damage, totaling the no of replacement windows to be 20. "I got a new roof replacement today. I had called Dave Miner last summer to get an estimate. Dave himself came out and I got a good vibe from him. I called him in January and despite the anticipated tariffs, he was able to come really close to last year's quote. Today, the crew came and I was surprised at how quickly they were able to accomplish the job. I even had one neighbor comment that they were surprised at how quick the crew was able to do the job. "Patrick Kelly and his team did a spectacular roofing job for us. Patrick came to the house for the estimate, went up on the roof and examined everything. He quoted us a good price for all the work and set a date for the work. Less than a month later they were ready to work. They arrived on time. Each worker (10) had specific jobs and they did them efficiently. Patrick was also working with them. They ripped off the two old roof coverings, did a few repairs, sealed the roof and finished the job. When they were done (only took 6 hours), they picked up all of the trash (they even used a magnetic rake to get all of the nails) and threw it in a dumpster. They were an amazing team and we couldn't be happier with them and the roof they supplied. Patrick even checked in with us at the end to see if we were happy with the work, and even came back for a little adjustment a couple of days later. If you need a roof -- get Patrick Kelly."

Originally the insurance company claimed that only half of the roof needed to be replaced, but Chris identified and explained why the damage had been more severe than originally thought. That kind of attention to detail and consultative service is what drew me to work with Millstream and Chris in the first place. In very short order, he had a team at the house and in a single day had completed work. It was so well done that I used them to install gutters on top of the roof work, which was equally as flawless. "We met with Richard in July, reviewed the GAF Shingle options, and ultimately contracted to have our entire roof replaced in August (written contract to finish BEFORE Labor Day). Due to unusual late-Summer inclement weather, as well as the aftermath of the hurricanes down South, unbeknownst to me Richard and his crew contracted to help repair a # of roofs damaged in these storms (covered by Insurance.) Long story short, I followed up with Richard a number of times in later July and early August to confirm we were still on-schedule, and it usually took 3-4 days to hear something back on email or v-mail. So on timely follow-up, I rated Richard as "fair". That shared, I can't say enough about how professional Richard, Marcos (his crew chief) and their entire team was once the job was formally scheduled and started. They arrived promptly every day @ 7:00 a.m. (we gave our neighbors a heads up they'd be hearing some mild early morning noise), set up quickly and got to work! They took great pains to set a tarp system in place off the roof edge(s) so all debris coming off would fall onto our lawn--not our shrubs, rear deck, driveway or sidewalk. Every evening, they used a magnetic roller to ensure nails were picked up off our property and driveway, and they cleaned up the work site with all debris placed in their dumpster trailer, and put all ladders on the far side of the driveway, with all work tools and supplies covered. Aside from being prompt, organized and pleasant--the most important part is the finished product--and we couldn't be happier!!! Richie's Roofing used GAF Timberline shingles, and since we also spec'd other GAF accessories (i.e Tiger-Paw Synthetic Roofing felt, GAF Ice & water roof liner, Ridge vents, etc.) the new GAF roof is now warranted for 30+ years (some elements have a Limited Lifetime warranty). They also replaced the old flashing around our two (2) Chimney's with new Copper flashing, and it really looks great. In summary, though I wish the early communications had been a little more timely and frequent, our finished roof looks fantastic--and we heartily recommend Richie's Roofing to anyone in the area that is looking for quality roof repair or replacement at a fair price."
