Mr. John Sherlock arrived at the time and date specified to give us an estimate.  He returned the following day with his assistant and performed the job in one day.  He installed 26 copper lightning rods on the flat roof of our 7,000 square foot home.  These rods were connected with 500 feet of heavy duty copper cable and were grounded at three points with ground rods going down through the drainpipes into the ground. All parts of the system were securely attached to the roof.  He did a neat job and cleaned up all excess materials.  We were very pleased with the job him did.  Since installation of the lightning rod system we have had no trouble with lightning striking the house or causing power outages or surges.

Thought they were a bit inflexible with cost of project, initially quoting $1500 instead of $350 because chosen location for outlet was 10 feet instead of 5 feet from electric panel. By the way, we purchased the Oak floor with them, good prices and had the material on the following day. The employees are honest and hardworking. Very agreeable with anything you might ask. While they were working on the old floor, we had the new wood acclimating under AC, for what the owner told us, this is a very important step if you are going to install new hardwood floor. The installation itself was fast. They were precise and also put our new baseboards. We decided to add the refinishing at the last minute, just to change the color and decor of the bedrooms. We did it to all rooms, and OMG they look beautiful. Wonderful work with exquisite taste. Worth hiring this company"

We live in Illinois but our condo we wanted remodeled is on Key Largo.  Our worries were alleviated by Eric's diligent monitoring of the work's progress and keeping in frequent contact with us. Eric provided us with internet links to look at the materials and compare the different products. Eric even obtained samples and put the samples into photo layouts so we could see how the colors went together. The end result was remarkable! We could not be happier with how our kitchen and baths were transformed. The rental agent who handles our property was so impressed with the results he plans to recommend Project Masters to other owners who are considering remodeling. "Brandon Bing and Steve Lorenz are owner-operators and I found both of them to be skilled in their trade, honest and hardworking The installation of the water heater and solar panels went well and any bumps were smoothed out. I am initially disappointed in the Solar array's electric impact but I have a few trees that I need to take out and I still need to get my FPL net metering installed. At times I am producing more than what I consume so until I get net metering installed I cannot capitalize on overproduction. These comments are in no way a reflection on All American Solar for their work ethic or products. In fact, the array is expandable so that I can add more panels in the future. The Solar hot water heater is fantastic and has saved me about $60 per month off my electric bill. I would gladly recommend All American Solar for your solar panels or a solar hot water project and I would hire them again."
