"Perfection metal roofing replaced my old and damaged roof with a brand new metal roof that looks fantastic and functions great. Their customer service was excellent and the price they gave me was less than half of what comparable contractors were quoting me!"

"Devan was the project manager who came to closeout my original roof project. He then noticed that because I had gotten a metal roof that it was recommended I upgrade my gutter system. From start to finish Devan has been fantastic. Staying in constant communication and answering all my calls and texts. Even handling every lil issue I had and making sure I was nothing but satisfied. Even taking the time on his last day in The production department(he was promoted, as he should be) to come closeout my gutter. Devan and Caleb and all the home Genius employees are the reason that this company truly is a different t experience. I have already recommended them and will continue to do so because of the great people that they staff. . P.S Give Devan a raise. Better yet make him CEO. In all seriousness this is an amazing company and you should call them for any need you have."

"Our house is over 120 years old. We hired Allstate Exteriors to replace our roof and reinforce the structure of the roof where there were some weaknesses. Over most of the house, Allstate replaced the shingles with a metal roof. A portion of the roof is flat and Allstate replaced the deteriorating rubber with an improved covering. The roof on the front porch was sagging, so Allstate deconstructed the roof and then rebuilt the roof with proper LVL beams to prevent sagging in the future. The roof over the main part of the house had sagged a bit over the 120+ years. We hired an engineer who recommended the addition of several collar ties and other supports. Allstate understood the engineers instructions and installed the supports. All of the work described above took less than one week. They hauled away all of the debris, and checked the work to ensure that it was done correctly and to contract. All of the people we interacted with were knowledgeable, professional, and polite."

"They came on time and did a thorough inspection. I was hoping that they would do the neeed repair."

"Start to finish less than a week. Delivered dumpster and materials on Monday, put up protective netting Monday afternoon, started removing old shingles Tuesday 7:00 am. Finished installing new roof Tuesday afternoon. Installed new gutters and downspouts following Monday, finished Monday afternoon. Very happy with new shingles and gutters so far."

"Pablo Quality Construction removed existing roof and installed a new roof, they were on site when they said they would be and they did a great job, I would highly recommend them and I’m looking forward to working with them again on other projects around are home."

"This is the second time I have hired Mr Coblentz. He installed the metal roof on my hour and most recently a metal roof on my mother’s house. Both jobs were done expertly and look very nice. No hesitation at all about recommending him."

"I can't say enough good things about Lighthouse Roofing & Restoration! From start to finish, the entire process was stress free and handled with complete professionalism. Prescott Garvin, the owner, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He personally walked me through every step, answered all my questions, and most importantly, communicated directly with my insurance company. Thanks to his great communication and advocacy, I was able to get my entire roof replaced after storm damage without any problems or hiccups. He even worked with me over the final cost of my deductible which saved me a lot of out-of-pocket money which I am grateful for.The crew showed up on time, completed the entire roof in just one day, and when they left, my yard was spotless, they cleaned up so well you couldn't even tell anyone had been there. The end result was absolutely flawless; the roof looks perfect and has significantly improved the curb appeal of my home. I would highly recommend Lighthouse."
