"Noticed a couple mouse droppings in my basement so I called Plunkett's - my landlord at a previous location swore by them for pest control. I signed up for the exterior service. Plunkett's was very responsive from the start. Person came out within a business day or two of my first contact, she very thoroughly inspected the exterior of my house and plugged all the possible mouse-entry homes. This included happily fighting through very painful and thorn-ridden landscaping to make sure she wouldn't miss even an inch of stucco when checking for holes. On the interior, I already had several traps placed in my basement, so the person suggested I skip the full interior service (where they set and check traps) and instead just made recommendations of how I could better place the traps. She also noticed one successful capture and removed it for me. Very hard working and thorough, would call again but hopefully that's not necessary..."

The first man who came even cut a piece of drywall out so we could see inside and that was a big help. He started with the safest product, sprayed in the walls and outside. He even took an ant sample because he found one that was not a carpenter ant. A second technician came two weeks later for a follow up and we determined something stronger was needed to make sure the entire colony was killed before a carpenter comes in to replace some of the wood. Both technicians explained what they were doing and why in detail and were so polite and informed. They are returning in a month to check up on things but i think we have it all under control. I would call them for any kind of pest control. Highly recommended."
