The communication was excellent as well. We had a pretty good rain on the first day and his crew did not come out due to it being too wet to dig. Kevin met with me after the install and showed me how to work the control box and make sure all of my questions were answered. I held off writing this review until spring of the following year. I felt like a moron, but that short course was, in itself, worth the cost of having him come out. He also repaired a pipe, checked the system, and replaced a sprinkler head. A good visit."
