So we called Mr. Long for an estimate and he showed up as scheduled. His estimate was very reasonable, so we planned for him to start work the next week -- but the storm hit and we lost power for 4 days. <br /> He was very accommodating and started work the following week. The job took 2 days and he made sure we had water before he left on day 1. He had to tear out some of the drywall to gain access to the pipes, and he covered the holes with easy access panels in 3 places where needed. The price was high, and there was no breakdown of that price, so we couldn't really figure out why it was so high. But we had a hard time finding a plumber who actually services our area and they did fix the problem fairly quickly, so all in all we were pleased and would likely call Ostrom if we have any future plumbing issues."
