"Overall did a good job and I am hesitant to write this review because the quality of the work and their professionalism was very good, but.... Would have hired them again except for the follow up. One of the doors was installed incorrectly. They came out once and said nothing was wrong but there was. Lock and door knob did not turn easily, can't use the key and I had to remove some weather striping to make the door close. I called three times for them to come out. Was told they would and now nearly 5 months later they still have not been back and the door is still a problem. I have more work I would like to have done but am looking for someone else to do the jobs.."

He was courteous, professional and worked quickly. He explained maintenance steps we should take in the future. Ben also installed a sliding lock to reinforce our second door. The office called me first to let me know the timeframe in which he would arrive and Ben called me when he was 30 minutes out. "it went very well. from the minute jerry and his helper arrived and started to carefully protect and remove furniture from construction dust to the time they moved it all back, they acted in a professional manner. jerry had to replace a lot of drywall. it was done seamlessly. the same with my front door. it was painted and repaired so that it looks brand new. I definitely will call them again when I need anything done."
