They did an excellent job with performance, time, efficiency, costs, clean-up and in every category. We had expected to hear we would need a new septic tank system and dreaded to hear the costs. Arnold was very professional and thorough, kept checking all possible problems even after he found the leak, and let us know the rest of our pool plumbing was in good shape. "For 7 years, I've had a/c problems. The drainage system would back up and shut off my system (by design). The a/c unit is on the 3rd floor of my townhouse, so if it didn't shut off, it would flood my living room on the 2nd floor! After several years of trying to figure out what the problem was, Westbrook spend several days and countless hours troubleshooting the issue. They finally were able to figure out that I had a double bend in the line that was preventing the excess water from draining out. They installed an automatic pump that senses when the water is backing up and flushes the hose. My a/c has now worked beautifully for more than a year! :)
