"This is a bitumen reroof for entire house for flat roof. I felt well taken care of. The install was a few months ago and so far no leaks after a couple of pretty good downpours. They communicated with me and answered all my questions quite well before, during and after the install. They made sure that the other things, sky lights, swamp cooler placement, vent problems, were taken care of even after I paid them. They cleaned up the place very well. Very satisfied with price. I am very pleased. Highly recommend!"

"They responded quickly to provide an estimate for replacement of a metal roof. They provided an early start date. The work was completed ahead of schedule and was an EXCELLENT job. The work crew was professional and knowledgeable. 5 star in all categories"

"Timing and efficiency was great. Everything went very well, no trash or debris was left at the sight."

"Our only complaint about Metro Reconstruction was the length of time it took to start the job. However, it’s hard to fault a company whose popularity and good work actually created their wait list. Ben explained that several of his other stucco projects had hidden complications that delayed the start of our small job. But in the end, our patience was rewarded and we were very happy with the result. Here’s a brief recap. In late December 2015, six months after we signed the contract, Ben contacted us to let us know that our stucco repair was next in line. Our stucco was damaged from a rogue woodpecker and we were seeking a permanent (non-lethal) solution to the problem. In a just a week or so, Ben was at our house reviewing the job details and taking a stucco sample to match our color. Now all we had to do was wait for the weather to warm up and even that arrived right on cue. The work crew was efficient, professional and polite. Every evening they cleaned up the work site and kept the clutter to a minimum. Within a week the task was completely done and we are very glad that we waited."

"Work is not scheduled until December. They used technology to evaluate the roof (an IR camera attachment & app for a cell phone), presented a great product, and provided a reasonable bid. Since the work has not yet been done, I can't rate the quality, etc. However, the system forced me to enter 'placeholders'"

"Working with Edward from lambright was a great experience. Friendly, personable, professional, efficient and flexible. Everything you would want! We had a fence installed and it was done extremely well and fast. I would recommend lambright 100%. A+!"

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
