"We sing the contract; the contractor came and measured the concrete stairs and existing broken handrail, and we got quote sing the contracts paid deposit and they came to install it just to see that the handrail they ordered was too small. Then they went silent for 2 months. It is October and we sing contract in August, we finally got response that the contractor got busy with larger projects...This is very disrespectful and non professional behavior."

"We relocated to California 6 months ago and needed the kitchen in our new house completely gutted and remodeled before we moved in, as well as having all flooring on the main floor of the house replaced. We were a bit nervous about undertaking a project of this magnitude while still living in NJ but Milan exceeded our expectations in every way. The job was completed on time and on budget, without a single unexpected upcharge. Milan provided excellent guidance on design and material selection and all of the actual work was done by a dedicated crew of Milan employees, overseen by an extremely knowledgeable and personable foreman; no revolving cast of day workers was utilized. What also stood out was how clean the crew left the house at the end of each day. Finally, Milan refused final payment until we were 100% happy with every detail. We have already utilized Milan on a second project, which was also completed on time and on budget, and will absolutely hire them again in the future."

I do not have the words. Professional, Reliable, Considerate (of me and my home), Neat, Clean, Polite, Respectful, Cost Effective, Friendly, and Thorough come to mind. They called when they were on their way and actually arrived early which is generally unheard of. I was pleasantly surprised. What I thought was a small plumbing issue was in reality a much bigger problem. Jair ended up having to replace my toilets since the parts needed are no longer made/readily available. He also completed a couple other small tasks for me (electrical, etc). Even with all the extra work the total cost was still less than my usual plumber quoted for the small repair.
