"The contract session was with Stephan Boyer. He was very through and informative. We knew exactly what we were getting and what to expect. Chris Renda and his crew showed up as promised. They showed up with all materials and immediately started work. The crew took no breaks and barely took time for lunch.. Chris Renda kept us infomed of everything going on.He found that our dormers had not been wrapped or waterproofed so he removed all the siding and began wrapping and waterproofing the dormers for us! The crew took 5 days of hard nonstop work installing our beautiful new patina green metal roof. We are completely satisfied! !

"Rep. checked entire system. He found several wires not connected properly and fixed this. He also made recommendations regarding the attachment of the panels to the rood that would provide more stability and leakproofing. The representative appeared to know what he was doing - much better than others, including the representative who was engaged by the roofer (who replaced our rood due to hail damage) to disconnect/connect the panels."

"Danny came out and looked at the roof, handled all the up front interaction and negotiations with my insurance company, and made sure I got my roof replaced. Jeff took over on the materials and replacement side, and was very prompt in coming by to hit my tight schedule before putting my house on the market. Danny and Jeff followed through on the free roof claim and did a fantastic job in the execution. They are very up front about your option to use another contractor if your insurance company is not willing to work with them. "Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

Job was done on the date promised, in the time span estimated and at the price quoted. The two man team properly braced the porch roof before tearing the old column out. They built the new column on site. The team removed all tear down debris as well as the trash from the construction phase (a really big plus in my book since I have had other contractors leave their trash for me to clean up.) The contractor asked for a deposit before they began and the balance after the work was completed. I marked them down on punctuality since they told me that they would be here at 9:00 but it was 90 minutes later before they arrived and another 30 minutes before they started work. As I said above, the work completion was promised for the end of the day and they met that.
