I spent two hours trying to do this with minimal progress... told my wife I'd be laughing if the guy showed up and knocked it out in an hour. Franklin came out and drilled the hole for me in about 45 minutes for a reasonable price. Movers called about 30 minutes prior and indicated they were on time.
Three movers showed up in a 27ft van and all were very polite.
They were very careful to keep an eye on the time and they finished just inside the three hour window.
