"Let me start by saying, I had never met anyone from this company before. I needed someone to install a vanity and counter/sink in the bathroom. The experience was superb! On time, extremely professional, I purchased the wrong vanity style. Instead of telling me to go back and get the right vanity for the bathroom, they listened to what I really needed and creatively found ways to work around the challenges of the project. Made a special trip to the store to pick up additional items due to the change of plans. This not only indicated the level of expertise and ability to add value to my project while helping me manage costs, but also their willingness to ensure that I was pleased with the work. While this was a relatively small project, I am so pleased with the work that I am looking forward to larger projects in the very near future. I will also add that the value for the price cannot not be beat. Beside being knowledgeable, they will explain each step of the way what is happening. "I looked for a/c repair on a Sunday, not expecting any replies. To my surprise, Clark Forbes not only replied but said he would be able to come out later in the day. He kept in communication to let me know approx. time of arrival. he came out and got it running. my central a/c is 51 years old with no parts ever replaced. It still had some issues that could not be solved without additional parts likely needed. he checked on parts available for such an old unit the next day as promised. he kept in communication all the next day and discussed what direction I wanted to go with such an old unit. we agreed that if it quits in the future we might continue with parts, but would have to evaluate the rational cost of fixing a 51-year-old unit /versus replacement. I would recommend his services to anyone and his quick response and constant communication were wonderful in this day and age of people not getting back to you."

"Items that can be fixed within a reasonable cost are fixed with my out of pocket cost of only the $45 deductible. Items that they deem too expensive to fix are "replaced," i.e., you are offered an amount of money to purchase a new appliance, etc. If the offered amounted is not sufficient, I suggest that you make a reasonable counter offer based on your existing appliance's features, etc. Keep in mind, they are a business, just like any insurance company or health care provider, so they will look to serve you as cost effectively as possible."
