"Aaron (and his assistant Bryan) came out promptly when I asked for a quote on replacing my back porch. I hired him and they began work on the date we had agreed to. It was immediately apparent that Aaron had a complete understanding of what needed to happen to fulfill our wishes exactly regarding the kind of porch we wanted. They completed the work quickly and within the time period they had estimated. We love the new porch they built! I called Aaron about a couple of small alterations I wanted him to make after seeing the completed project, and he was happy to come back and make those minor adjustments for me. Aaron's work ethic was outstanding. He is friendly and easy to work with. He completed the job with no fuss and within the time and budget we agreed to. The porch he designed and built fits beautifully into the look of our century-old house. Although I haven't painted it yet, I have included a picture of his excellent work."

"We communicated by text. He sent me the estimate quickly. He sent me an estimated time of when he would start. He text me that there was gonna be a short delay. The day he was starting, he said he would be there between eight and 10. He arrived by 9 AM. He listened to my final instructions. I added some shrubs that needed to be trimmed. He removed dead plants and mulch,added a weed barrier and river rock. He was very pleasant to speak with. Hard-working. When finished he removed and cleaned up everything."

Tried really hard to do a good job and kept coming back until I was satisfied. Brought 3 year old son to the job (mother was present but would have gotten more done without having to watch him). "A+ promptly kept the estimating appointment. I was impressed with the way Mr. Eicher described how they would prep the surfaces for the best long term job. He was honest about wood that needed to be replaced. Their estimate was not the cheapest but, as I said, I was impressed with the good job that was described to me. It was not a good job, but a most excellent job. I could not imagine a better outcome. The crew was very thorough and meticulous with their work as well as courteous. They went above and beyond to give me a perfect outcome. They also completed the project in what I consider ahead of schedule. The work area was cleaned up daily and in the end you could barely tell they had to do extensive scraping of the wood areas. They worked very hard to clean up all the chips that fell from the paint they scrapped off. I would give them the highest rating in all areas of the job. I wish all my repair and updating jobs were done as expertly as this one.
