"Absolute worst experience. Just spoke to someone (will not name them unless I can speak with a supervisor) and recorded my call. Will be reporting his behavior and customer experience in a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau and reviewing everywhere I can. Garage door is falling off the wall, the railing will be falling and damaging my car anyway now. It was shoddy work and installed improperly, with ONE bolt for the entire railing. He refused to let me speak with a supervisor because he personally didn't determine the situation to warrant that, then changed his mind that it was too late in the day to speak with someone, then proceeded to hang up on me. Absolute garbage company that doesn't stand behind their product and treats customers like crap."
