Also we wanted to be sure that shingles were hand nailed (instead of a gun). It went really well. It took 2 days due to the decking underneath the present roof no longer was good, and all of it had to be replaced. I wasn't surprised that the decking needed replaced due to having some leakage around the chimney when we had a hard rain. Shane's employees are hard workers....I think that they only stopped to eat lunch and then they were back to work. The first day they worked until sundown.
