"Absolutely love the end product. I was looking for someone who would do excellent work, but also someone dependable who would come when he said he would, work on my job until it was done (not a half day here and there and skip off to another job while I had a half done shower)and be trusted to be in my home when I was not. And also someone who would only do what I needed done and let me do the rest to keep the total project cost down. Wayne is all of those things.
Start to finish the process took about 2 weeks of using the kids bathroom which included the glass being ordered and installed.
Wayne was able to suggest an electrician to do some of my other work and even coordinated with him to make the electrician's job easier.
He communicated frequently so I always knew what was going on. Absolutely would use him again.

"Both my husband and I would like to express our appreciation for the excellent customer service provided by Keith (owner) when he completed a shower install for my mother. Following her bout with Covid, she needed to have her tub removed and have a shower installed. Keith met with us and helped us choose the perfect shower set-up and ensured all safety features were in place. He also agreed to do a last-minute toilet replacement using an ADA model. Overall, we were impressed with Keith and his assistant. His attention to detail and ensuring my mother had exactly what she needed was truly appreciated. We would highly recommend his services and we will use him for future projects!"

"Had a bathtub taken out and converted to walk in shower unit. The quality seems top notch and installer was great. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

"Redesigning & replacing your shower can certainly be an overwhelming process, Superior Bath Systems eliminates all of that. Their communication from setting up the initial appointment through final install was impressive, kudos to Carrie. During the in-home consultation, all options are brought to you and your design is built while on-site. John, our in-home sales consultant, was thoughtful & thorough in his approach. Come to install, David was professional, timely and immensely skilled. Cannot say enough about this group, outside of thank you."

"The initial consultation was incredibly long. But they did explain everything thoroughly. We have a shower installed and it looks phenomenal. They definitely did a good job."

"We are extremely pleased with the conversion of a tub/shower combo into a walk in shower, and installing new LVP flooring. I obtained quotes from several providers, and 5 Star Bath Solutions provided the best overall solution and pricing. The installation was completed on time with no issues. I highly recommend this company if you are interested in a bathroom remodel."

"We replaced our bathtub with a walk in shower, and are extremely happy with the work that was provided. In only took one person 6 hours to complete the job, and he was very professional and the quality of work was great. Would hire them again."

"A step n'shower was installed in one 12 hour day. Installers were professional, worked to remove tub and then install an excellent step-in shower. Safety features were a special issue for me at age 82. When a question arose then following day, the installers returned that very day and checked on their work. The slight problem was not due to their installment and they advised me as to the next step. I am thoroughly satisfied."

"Had a small gas leak from pipe from meter to house and also repaired broke broken tab on bath tub spout. Work was done professionally and throughly and price was excellent for repairs done"
