"Original estimate was right on and I got more than my money's worth. I scheduled the job 1-2 weeks in advance. The job estimate was 1 week/5 days. Both jobs done in the allowed time. 2nd job done 1 day earlier.
 1st bathroom-tear out tub, put in new shower, tiled from floor to ceiling, built new shower. Tiled floor into linen closet. New vanity/marble top. Towel bars. installed medicine cabinet. 
2nd bathroom-gutted out whole bathroom, replaced everything. New tub, toilet, vanity, medicine cabinet. Tiled floor and wall in tub area to ceiling."

Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

"A step n'shower was installed in one 12 hour day. Installers were professional, worked to remove tub and then install an excellent step-in shower. Safety features were a special issue for me at age 82. When a question arose then following day, the installers returned that very day and checked on their work. The slight problem was not due to their installment and they advised me as to the next step. I am thoroughly satisfied."
