"I?ve used them for 3 years, but no longer. Treatment and lawn care service has been good for the most part but I noticed that they slipped extra charges and applications on my service agreement. The first time I noticed I was issued a refund, all good, just took some time reaching out. 1 year later they did the same thing again! No refund this time. Some fraudulent activity going on here, pay close attention to all billing statements if you choose this company."

"Calvin was who called me back and he said in order for them to come out and give me a service I would have to sign an agreement that I would continue with them for a year. When I asked what happens if I'm not happy with the job, Calvin said it would be no problem to discontinue. Well, I wan't happy with the job, though the tech that came out to service our home was very nice and professional. However, it did not take care of my pest problem so after 2 tries I cancelled. Now they are saying I have to pay a disconnect fee per the agreement. I told them what I was told and all they would say is "I apologize." Clearly this is a rehearsed line that they've told others. I would have to say that this is a dishonest company. Saying what it takes to get the job and then holding you responsible for their poor work. I am a bit cautious to say the least to go with Angies again if this is whom they are recommending."
