"Left message and somebody called me back within a couple hours, made an appointment for the next day. Plumbers showed up at right time. Initially tried to unclog drain (we'd already had Roto Rooter out unsuccessfully), but like 20ft of pipes were 60 years gunked up. Provided reasonable quote for replacing all pipe from sink to sewer stack, including installing vent, but as cut into old pipe finally found the main clog. Offered to just replace that part, but had them do the whole thing anyway. Two plumbers were pleasant, constant working, explained stuff to me, and cleaned up the huge and unavoidable mess from the job. Charged exactly what quoted in the end, they were here for over 6 hours, including after-hours to finish up the job."

He is very knowledgeable and has excellent background in this business having been a manager of a rooter router business for 10 years prior to starting his own business. He listened carefully to what I told him we did to try to fix the problem before calling him. After he arrived he looked over the house plumbing to further analyze what needed to be done. He then went right to work explaining the main drain cleaning process and the steps he would take in using his cleaning auger machine to accomplish unclogging the line. We could see the positive results and unobstructed water flow in the line as he finished using his machine. I was pleased he have us his card before he left as I would definitely call him in the future if needed."

He had prices, options and I will call him anytime I have water issues! The rest of the day I answered calls and was told I needed them to come and charge me tons of money.. "We had water backing up through the drain in our basement, so I called Mr Rooter assuming that the sewer pipe needed to be snaked or rooted.  Upon arrival, the professional (Matt, I believe) checked everything out and confirmed my suspicion.  He went about his business keeping me up to date throughout the process, and asking questions when needed.  Once the pipe had been rooted, he checked all other water sources (sinks, bathtub, etc.) and their pipes for issues.  Apparently this complimentary service is part of their process.  All in all, I was very pleased.  Matt(?) was very pleasant and knowledgeable, and I would certainly recommend Mr Rooter to others in need.

"I honestly dislike leaving reviews, but this guy name Fred was insanely professional and so easy to work with. I had the day off and had an old faucet to be needed repaired. He arrived on time, inspected the problem, gave his best and honest opinion. My apartment building is old and my bathroom faucet had a minor leak that overtime got worse. He said it needed to be completely replaced. I have no idea about parts and told him I donâ t care what was needed and that I just needed it fixed and working like new. He went back to his Warehouse to get a brand new faucet for my sink and installed it. I was on my video game and told him I just wanted to be notified itâ s done. 30-45 mins later. I have a brand new sink! I told him I didnâ t have cash, and before I could get my words out, he said he accepted virtual payments like Apple Pay and Cash App and was also surprisingly AFFORDABLE!!!!! I sent my payment right over using Cash App and he left me with the receipt. All I know now is that I have a sink working like new and a new handyman to book again when if I need it!"

"Discovering the issue I called Roto Rooter on Salina Street, Syracuse NY. I had a timely response and a repair tech appeared within 2 hours.  Using his machine, a clog was discovered. He explained that he cleaned out the entire sewer pipe from the house to the pipe in the yard and that from there to the road was clear.  This gentleman was very polite, neat and informative.  He left me with a gallon of clog prevention to use once a month for prevention. The price seems to be about what they all charge but I still think it is excessive for this issue.  I did have a coupon so that helped. I would definitely use this company again."
