He identified the real problem, but the cost of this repair was almost half the cost of replacing the junky water heater that we already had. If we repaired the old water heater, we would still have the junky water heater, and a very real possibility that it would fail again. At this point, replacing the junky water heater with a better quality one made more sense than repairing the old one. despite the fact that replacement made sense, I never felt pressured to replace the old one. Steve was very professional, and communicated the problem, and the potential repair options clearly. Once the decision was made to replace the heater, the job was finished in just a couple of hours. He cleaned up after himself, and left the work area neat, and clean. I would definitely use, and recommend this company again"
