"I contacted Jeff at AOS Jan 1 after a tree came down and took out my back fence. Jeff and his brother got the tree cut up and temporary fence up to protect my dog. They had it installed the very next day. The old fence was over 30 years old so after getting an excellent quote from AOS, I hired them not only to repair the broken section but to replace the existing side privacy fence and gate as well as upgrade the entire perimeter with 4’ green coated fence. The weather and wind were beyond terrible but they pushed through each day with below 0 windchills. I cannot say enough about these 3 guys and there work ethic and dedication to an excellent job well done. THANK YOU"

"A strong wind blew a shutter off the 2nd floor window on the front of the house a couple of years ago.  We hired two different companies to put it back up over the span of those two years and neither of those companies did a good enough job that it stayed up there for more than a couple of hours.  We listed our house for sale on Monday and the shutter still needed to be put up again.  On Tuesday we called Queen City and asked if they might be able to help us out and they said yes, they would come out the very next day and put it up for us.  On Wednesday morning they called us and said they'd be out in a half hour to do the job.  Three men came over and they spent about two hours removing the old LOK shutter fasteners that were still embedded in the brick, then they replaced the shutter with new LOK fasteners.  We learned that the other companies did not take the time to do this and that's why the shutter kept falling back off.  The guys are very knowledgeable about construction, very friendly and professional at all times.  They got the job done in record time, the price was reasonable and we will absolutely use this company again.  We highly recommend this company for any maintenance/repair/home improvement jobs that you need to be done right.  The also cleaned and stained our 728 sq ft deck a couple of months ago and did a fabulous job, our deck was a mess and now it's gorgeous!  Please see photos below of the before/after pictures of the shutter replacement job.

"The work was performed between Sept 16-19 2019. Darryl and his crew arrived promptly at 8:30 on Sept 16 as planned. They pressure washed the entire house during the first day and began prepping the exterior wood for painting. They scraped, sanded and caulked the wood. Darryl pointed out several areas of rotted wood in addition to the ones I knew about; he repaired all of them under the original estimate. We chose the paint colors from the Sherwin Williams selection samples. Prep work continued throughout the second day while part of the crew began painting. Painting, prep work and wood repair continued through the third day. The fourth day was only for the final (second) coat in the areas still needing it. The crew was very polite and cleaned up at the end of everyday. They stored their ladders and equipment in a tidy area away from the house everyday. They arrived around 8:30 and worked until 4:00. The paint job looks great! I will definitely hire them again. Thanks, Cliff"

They were also able to take down a couple of small trees that were in the way of the fence. This prevented me from having to search for a tree company to do the work. The company has a wide array of skills. They were very flexible with payment options. They were also very flexible and accommodating of my schedule. Their employees were very courteous and respectful of my property.
