"Service was excellent, technician showed up in a timely manner, was courteous and very professional. Diagnosed the issue and determined it was not an applicance issue but a wiring issue from an improper installation when the appliance was purchased. Could have easily mis diagnosed and performed a "bogus" repair, instead explained his findings and recommended we contact an electrician that specialized in the type of repair that was necessary. His diagnosis was correct and the electrician corrected the problem inline with the diagnosis made by the appliance repair technician. Would (and will) highly recommend this company for future business"

"I LOVE Neli. I've used them three times now. Harmond (my Neli service man) is a joy to work with and an absolute walking encyclopedia of appliance repair. Our thirty-year-old washer are dryer are running like new, at a fraction of the cost of replacing them."

"Prompt, professional, and friendly! David installed a double wall-oven that Iâ ve been trying to find someone to do for over a month! Even the company I bought it from couldnâ t get someone out here, and appliance stores wouldnâ t do it. David installed it, they cleaned everything up, and it looks great. Looking forward to hiring him for more projects!"

"Had to replace an ancient Jenn-Air drop-in range with downdraft (installed in 1979) with a new LG duel fuel gas stove/electric oven range slide in. Knew it would take some work. Randy and Dan were great during the installation. Tim was very responsive."
