John drew up detailed plans for the Upper Arlington Building Department which were approved. He demolished the original front porch and built an entirely new front porch that is 8-feet deep, with bead-board ceiling and beautiful trim. The project resulted in a remarkable improvement in our house's curb appeal and functionality. John was professional, punctual, creative and reasonable throughout the scope of the project. While installing the kitchen faucet Mike discovered a pipe fitting under the sink that was leaking.
