"Had a bathtub taken out and converted to walk in shower unit. The quality seems top notch and installer was great. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

"I gave these folks an overall rating of excellent, because they really deserved it, but I was not ready to talk about the results back when I wrote my first review. I just didn't realize what had happened until several months after the fact; see we've hardly been doing any dusting! It's amazing. We had to dust on a weekly basis and it was noticeable. We now seem to be almost dust free and to think of all these stuff we were breathing in! There had been several renovations done on the house and all of the particles from ceramic tile floor removal, painting and sheetrock replacement was all up there in the ducks. "We could not be happier with our decision to hire Hobbs Remodeling to replace the tile floor in our master bathroom. They are extremely quick and responsive with communication, and the job was completely done exactly one week from the day that I first contacted them. They arrived on time or early each day, worked diligently all day, and left us with a beautiful, expertly-done tile floor and tiled shower floor. Early in the project, they discovered that water had leaked over time and rotted a portion of our subfloor. There was a gaping hole under the tile that we originally had. They also discovered that the layer of backboard (?) that goes above the subfloor and under the tile had been improperly installed the first time, which is what contributed to our original tile floor cracking and needing to be repaired. They replaced the rotten subfloor and correctly installed new backboard before laying the tile. It is so wonderful to have peace of mind knowing that we have a solid, sturdy, safe floor to walk on. In summary, the finished product is absolutely beautiful, these guys are friendly and professional, the work only took 2 1/2 days, and my dog loved them! We are already planning some home projects for early next year and they are the ones we will be calling!"
