"After a friend spoke highly of work done by Classy Solutions (CS), I decided to contact the company to perform several fairly minor home repair projects that had been languishing in the back of my mind for months/years? I relied upon the following objective factors in compiling this recommendation: *Communication: After emailing Joel regarding the scope of my projects, he both responded, visited my home to become more familiar with the project requirements, and provided a reasonable estimate in a very timely manner. *Timeliness: I have lived in the LV area for 28+ years. On numerous occasions, both friends and family have complained that home repair persons either arrived tardily to their appointments, or failed to appear. I appreciated the fact that Joel arrived to the initial and both work appointments before the scheduled time. *Speed of completion: Joel quickly resolved my home repair issues during two different appointment times, based upon our respective schedules. *Professionalism: At all relevant times, Joel took the time to both explain and perform the projects in a professional fashion. He was accompanied by an arsenal of tools with which to assist him in performing these tasks. Several â hiccupsâ occurred along the way for reasons not attributable to CS, but he was able to continue with aplomb and move onto to the next thing without looking back."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
