"Thank you to the whole team that came out to clean my dingy home! Lety, Cynthia, Lilia, and Daisy were all amazing! It had been years since my home had a proper cleaning. The baseboards and shutters were caked in dust and grime. The walls, doors, and cabinets had finger prints and stains. And I just couldn’t keep up with the bathrooms. Everything was so beautiful when they were done, all I kept saying was “WOW!” In addition to doing a stellar job, they were thoughtful, considerate, asked questions to clarify my requests, and just a delight to have in my home. A couple of days later, he and his worker came out and finished the job in one day. He cut out and removed part of a concrete wall that was falling because of tree roots. He replaced it with a great looking fence. The area was cleaned up, and everything is in great order."

"My 23 years old tile roof need to be replaced due to poor quality material used by previous local roofer. After search through 6 estimates, I pick Tony's bid because he listen to my concern and his prices seems fair. Normally roofing job starts in April or May, after the raining season, but our roof was leaking in several spots and Tony and Tino (the roofer) started the project in February. With the wettest raining season in recent memory in LA, it was a challenge to work on roof during the break between rain storms, but Tony and Tino's crew pull through the challenge. During the process, Tino also points out several issues with our chimney and he was able to do a thural repair and painting while he was up on the roof. As with any construction project, we encounter areas that need extra work and Tony was very easy to talk to and we were able to reach a reasonable price for the extra work. The only complaint I have about the whole project is that during the project, the crew allow the dirt got into my gutter and the cleaning process was not as thural as I'll like. Overall, I am very pleased with our roof project with OM Construction. Tony is very responsive during the process and address my concern very quickly. Tino's experience and attention to detail make me feel confident about the quality of our roof job."

"Ron and his crew did a thorough and professional job and kept my husband and I aware of their schedule at all times. We appreciate the quality of their work as well as the hard work done during hot weather on a very large lot. I would definitely call them again."

"They missed several areas that should have been cleaned, such as bottom of window sills, shutters, window areas that were later corrected with a razor and some “elbo grease”, underside of stove hood, higher up shelves in the kitchen, mold in the shower that was later corrected again with some Clorox, a razor and brush, and more “elbo grease”. Overall, compared to previous ‘deep cleanings of houses’ I’ve moved in and out of, this was a very mediocre job. Would not hire again."

"They were hired to clean, paint, and remodel bathrooms, office space, and large interior space which included electrical, plumbing, windows, and carpentry. All was high quality and finished on time."

"Unfortunately there were a series of mishaps that resulted in the team arriving many hours early, while the movers were still working. This situation meant that the work couldn't be accomplished in any way as thoroughly or quickly as I had planned. The bathrooms and kitchen were cleaned fairly well, but everything else got what my Mom used to call "a lick and a promise". I ended up running the vacuum cleaner around and wiped down corners and baseboards after they'd gone, and the refrigerator was left dirty. Thank goodness I'd already cleaned the oven myself a few days earlier.
Let me say that I like these folks and truly wish them well. I expect that if they had been able to arrive at the time we'd originally scheduled, that the work would have been completed satisfactorily. I wish that they had been able to honor the original agreement; they did their best, I know, but as it happened, I was disappointed in the result.

"We needed a post-construction clean-up of our new home. We have high ceilings, big and high windows. There was dust everywhere on walls, ceilings, etc. Elisa was very professional. She came over to give me an estimate, and after I scheduled a day, she sent me a confirmation the night before. She was punctual and I am very happy with the end result. She walked with me and let me inspect their work at the end. I will definitely recommend her and her team as they work very well, are reasonably priced, and very pleasant to work with. Will be hiring them again for more clean-up."
