I thought I needed a new roller, he pulled it out showed it to me, and said I did not need one, there was wood stuck in the track. Took out slider and permanent door, cleaned the track, replaced doors, and replaced my lock/handle as well. I mistakenly wrote the check out for $5.00 more, and he pointed out that I overpaid immediately. I told him to keep it, very much worth it for his honesty and ethics. He was also teaching a new recruit, and he took the time to explain everything to him. I literally cannot think of a single thing they might have done wrong. Excellent job.
