He came out with alternative ideas that would be cheaper. He was very friendly, reliable, clean and tidy. He was also about a $1000 cheaper than the other quote I've got. We've used him in the past for a couple of smaller plumbing jobs. We are having a bathroom remodeled and we got some quotes from people and he came out, so that's pleasing from our point of view."
