"THIS IS A SCAM! They took our deposit and ran! Four Seasons sent over a 'salesman' who lied to us to get us to hand him over a $9000 deposit to build a sunroom on the back of our home. We were worried about fees and zoning issues with our town, and Four Seasons kept telling us all will be okay. But when our town raised zoning issues, Four Seasons refused to rectify the issues, and stop returning our calls and emails. They have ghosted us with our deposit and have not delivered any service. Really enjoyed meeting with him and talking about my project. He was your typical sales man, all talk and very lil if any actions. I would catch him multiple times lying to me and making up reasons why things were not getting done. He will over charge you way more than actual costs. He know the business and even better knows how to manipulate people into thinking he will over see the project. I hired him because I was assured he would be there everyday and make sure everything was done correctly. He never showed up and would never get back to you when there was a problem . Worst mistake I ever made contacting him. I would never recommend him to anyone. Your local paper boy would do a better job being your GC. I could write a book on the amount of problems I had with him."
