"The workers for this company I?d rate as good to excellent! My issue is with the company?s management (owner). I was told initially that the 3 men stating the job (1,100 sqft basement rip out and restore of walls, ceiling and floor) would remain for the completion of the work. After 2 weeks the owner stated pulling the senior man off to work other jobs. Also switched in less skilled workers and moved experience man to another job site. I feel this practice greatly slowed down the entire process. Allowing the owner to change for more billable hours. This at a time when everyone was struggling to hang dry wall. Attempts to contact the owner about my concerns were ignored all day. Having spent almost $30K to Keystone I decided to cut my losses with this company. "
