"Jeff and his team were excellent. After getting an initial quote elsewhere, which included replacing both of my chimney flues, I ended up calling Serab. After the initial inspection Jeff told me one flue was in excellent condition, but the other needed repair. His honesty, coupled with his competitive pricing, made my decision to move forward a no brainer. <br /> Serab handled getting the permit from my town and followed up to schedule. Due to some conflicts we weren't able to get started for about a month, but Jeff and his team worked with me and came in on a Saturday. "I had previously paid another contractor for this service, as part of a larger job.  Unfortunately the waterproofing part of the job was delayed due to weather (water-proofing requires sufficiently warm temperatures, and a dry day).  Before the vendor could provide the service, he sold the business to Certified Chimney, an established local company.  As soon as I learned that Certified Chimney would be my new provider of services, I called their office and spoke with Kim.  Kim was very polite and helpful, and literally within an hour there was a crew at my home to verify that the chimney had not been previously waterproofed.  An appointment was setup promptly for the next dry/warm day, and a crew came out right on time to perform the service.  They took their time in carefully applying the product and ensured that all surfaces were properly treated.  Job well done."
