Long story short, I was happy to move forward with Home Genius. I thought they were perfect for the job based on their presentation and very apparent expertise. The crew that actually performed the work (Evelin and her crew) are surely professional and were just the best! Iâ m very happy with how this installation was handled by the entire company from start to finish. My project manager Taylor was here with me either in person or over the phone during the whole thing. "I called High Tech and Gary came to give an estimate. Unlike other companies which use drone and satellite images, he sent one of his crew up the roof and measure by hand. But the square feet they got are all close. Gary explained the roof replacement work in detail which was educational. His price is also quite good, so I hired the company. Six weeks later they finally found the time do it. The color was communicated on the first day of work. It took them two and half days to finish. The crew has 4 or 5 workers. They don't talk much but they are respectful. They put tarp to protect the plants surrounding the house. It was noisy and messy when they worked on the roof, which is not a surprise. But when they left, they clean up the job site pretty well, so there was no problem. The new roof looks very nice and neat. Overall, it was a straightforward process. They don't try to sell you anything fancy, just what you need."

"They installed a new roof for our home. They use the best quality product out there, and charge reasonable price. I was quoted three different prices from three different companies,and Top pros was the best by far, they knew their product and they did or not cut corners. We were so happy with the work they did we hire them to replace our daughters roof also!! Again they did an excellent job, and her roof was in bad shape. "Mike Sheehan came to give me an estimate for windows on March 25th. He offered the Harvey Tribune windows. He was on time, professional and very detailed. He also spoke to me about insulation as I had a lot of air leaks in my town home. Based on my interaction with him, I pretty much decided that I wanted to use his services. I asked him to send me an estimate as I wanted to get my windows done right away (I had 6 windows and a patio door to replace). He said he would send the quote by the next day, which he did not. I sent him an e-mail about a week later on March 31, and he responded on April 13, apologizing, but that he had a death in the family. He also included the quote, which was incorrect. I requested a correction, which he did and sent the next day, April 14. By then, I had contacted another company, who came and gave me an estimate. I gave Mike the benefit of the doubt and decided to write to him again and asked if they offered a different type of window than what he offered. I also reread the second quote he sent and still noticed an error on my patio door quote. I heard back from him on April 27 (he said my mail went into junk folder), he said he would rework the quote for the different windows; but by then, I went with the other company, whom I rated an A+. I thought about using him for the insulation job, but I decided against it for fear he would leave me in limbo. I could have had my windows installed earlier by the other company had I not waited on him."

"MJA Contracting did a lot of work on my house as stated above from the roof to new windows siding a new deck around my pool cement some exterior doors will changed they did woodwork around my windows and the interior of the house everything was as discussed we knew the prices up front and the time frame that the work would be done. It was a pleasure dealing with this company and I would definitely recommend anyone to use them I definitely will be in the future."

"Siding is beautiful. Gutters are nice. Our 2 day job took 2 weeks to complete. During install an exterior electrical box needed to be maneuvered so Siding could go behind it. This threw off electrical to a building that was tied to that outlet. No response from the warranty team other than pay an electrician to fix us and forward the bill for reimbursement. I asked for this in writing and got nothing. The gutter pitch is off and we were guaranteed it would be fixed with the installation of the new gutters. It was not and water drains directly onto an electrical outlet. The warranty dept is radio silent. The billing team was very quick to send us reminders, the bill, and more reminders."
