"Warmzone has been very responsive. However, the installers made mistakes installing the system and when they went to correct it, somehow caused damage that made the system inoperable. They had to come back a year later and redo it. Now it works pretty good. Every time I've had questions Warmzone has been very responsive. i would use them again--but use their recommended installers and not my contractors who did it last time. <br /> One caveat: The system doesn't always work perfectly in very cold weather with fast accumulating snow. We have old-fashioned clay brick pavers. Next time I'll send Warmzone a sample of the pavers so that they can test for the power needed to operate the system effectively. <br /> But--they sell a great product and they're very helpful to deal with. They'll get right on the phone with you and troubleshoot, even long after the sale. <br />"

"I called them and they answered right away. The estimate was performed a few days later. I have a really long driveway so I thought the price was fair, and I liked that they have been in business a long time - I had used another company a few years ago that did a terrible job--it turned out this compnay hadn't been around long... so this time, I wanted someone more established. They scheduled the service for the following Monday...but never showed up. I called them the next day to see what happened, and they did reschedule for later that same week. They did a great job and I would use them again. Overall I would recommend. <br />"
